Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, tutorials, and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. However, we recognize that technical issues can occur. If you experience technical problems accessing or downloading a digital product you've purchased, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Online Courses and Workshops
For online courses and workshops:
- If you've accessed less than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If technical issues prevent you from accessing the course content, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance or a refund.
- After the 14-day period or if you've accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refunds will be issued.
Physical Products
Art Prints and Merchandise
For physical products such as art prints, books, and merchandise:
- You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

- If Pure Gradient cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or an alternative event.
- In some cases, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person instead of receiving a refund.
